It’s Jewish pride strengthened through learning, celebration, and visibility.
It’s care, dignity, and connection for seniors, families, and individuals who need it most.
Chabad of South Orlando is a home for Jewish life — open, vibrant, and welcoming — where no one is ever left to feel alone. Every program, every visit, and every public expression of Jewish life exists for one reason: to bring light, strength, and hope to our community.
As we approach the close of 2025, we reflect with gratitude on how much has been accomplished — and with clarity on how essential this work remains.
Why a matching campaign, and why now?
Operating Chabad of South Orlando requires constant commitment and significant resources. Our rabbis, rebbetzins, staff, and volunteers work tirelessly to serve a growing community — without membership dues, barriers, or exclusion.
This year has shown us how vital that mission is.
From expanding Jewish pride through public menorah lightings across South Orlando, to caring for seniors and families through our Chabad Cares Program, the need has only increased. Recent global events have reminded us that Jewish life must be strengthened — not hidden — and that light must be increased precisely when darkness feels close.
To help meet these growing needs, a group of devoted supporters has stepped forward with a powerful opportunity. They have pledged to match every dollar given, up to $100,000, during these last 5 days of the year.
That means that your gift today will be doubled, immediately expanding its impact and enabling Chabad to continue responding to urgent needs with strength and confidence.
